Fantasy designed the visual and motion identity in an eight-week sprint, including an animated avatar with expressive states, a stateful motion system that makes AI reasoning visible, and a modular design system. Penny’s redesign launched in 2025 and was featured by OpenAI as a flagship real-time voice example in May 2026.
